3. How do I store music files?
Using a personal computer and a popular audio editing software such as MusicMatch to covert your music to MP3 format.
Transfer the MP3 file to the memory card using a Memory Card Reader.
4. My memory card is not compatible with the frame, what can I do?
You should be able to buy a memory card adapter that is compatible with one of the supported memory cards. For example, if you own an XD memory card, you can buy an XD to CF adapter and then insert it into the frame.
5. Does the digital frame have built-in/onboard memory?
Some new models have flash to support storing media files.And some of them does not have any internal memory to store media files,You need to use a compatible memory card to play media files.
6. Can I insert multiple memory cards at the same time?
Yes. Turn on the frame before you insert any card and the screen will indicate what type of cards have been inserted. Use the remote control to select which cards media you wish to view.
7. What is the maximum picture size the frame can display?
The frame is able to display digital images up to 12 Mega Pixels in size.
8. Does the frame play every type of AVI video file?
No. The frame only works with movie files taken with most digital cameras.
9. What is the optimal display resolution for the frame?
The frames optimal display resolution is 640x480.
10. Can I play MPEG-I and MPEG-II files stored on media formats other than Compact Flash?
You can play MPEG-I files properly on any supported media card. You may be able to play MPEG-II files properly if they are capable of high speeds.
11. My television does not have an S-video input, what can I do?
Buy an S-video to composite video adapter and use it to connect the frame to your television.
12. Can I rotate the picture on the screen?
Yes. Simply press the rotate button on the remote control to rotate the frames display.
* please note that the rotated picture will return to its original orientation after the frame has been powered off.
13. Can I adjust the color of the picture(s)?
No. You can only adjust the brightness and contrast of the display. All color settings are preset at the factory.
14. How do you access the slideshow mode (plays MP3 audio files while cycling through your digital pictures)?
Simply press the slideshow button on top of the digital picture frame or on the remote control.
