Henan LongDing Casting Industry Inc. is a famous casting manufaturer of grey iron 150-300 and spheroidal iron 400-800 casting product which mainly include brake dics, hub, brake drum, calipers body, kickstand, knuckle, brake shoe, subtractive shell, fly wheel, wheel shell, gearbox, clutch cover and other auto parts. Besides, we also can produce grids, manhole covers, pipe fittings, valve, flange and other customized products according to client’s drawings and samples. Moreover, our company still has abundant capacity for customized grey and spheroidal iron casting product according to client’s drawings and samples.
Manufactureing equipment
Our company’s manufaturing equipments include: 2 off automatic DISA 2013 vertical flaskless molding line, 1 off DISA2032 Boxless Moulding Line, 4 off five-toned environmental furnace cupola, 4 off PILLAR electric furnaces, several CK6142 numerical controlled machines, annular track casting cluster, shot blasting system, indirect duplex system with electric furnace and automatic sand preparation system, etc.
Test facilities
high-speed analysis before furnace and metallographic examination facilities, pull and press test facilities, CAD workstation, five elements chemistry analysis instrument, Shimadzu direct-reading spectrograph, spectrophotometer and hardness test facility, etc. Our company also has many core shooters for core-making process. The DISA line can produce casting (sand mould is 600×480×330 and 750×550×330) 300-400 boxes per hour, 30,000-50,000 tons per year, totally RMB200 millions. More than 50% of our products are exported to US, Europe, Japan, Australia, etc.
