Matting agent for hybrid powder coatings

Jietonda? SA2065F is a wax-free, non-reactive and synthetic resin based matting agent designed for hybrid powder coating to provide 8-70%(60°) of gloss. It features suitable to standard curing condition, excellent flow and fineness surface, and outstanding gloss stability after re-extruded operation.

2. Characteristics
● Jietonda? SA2065F is preferentially recommended as matting agent used in 50/50 type of hybrid powder coatings to provide gloss ranges from 8-70%(60°).
● Excellent flow.
● Outstanding gloss stability after twice extruded.
● Better gloss-reducing effect at lower use levels.
● Good anti-yellowing.
● Better gloss consistency for both white and black coatings.
● Wide range of applicability to polyester resins.

3. Use method & levels
● Premix SA2065Fwith other components of the formula before extrusion.
● the use level is 1-4.5% by weight based on total formula,depends on the gloss required.

4. Package & Storage
● Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bag. Net weight 25kg per bag.
● Store in temperature between 2-32℃ or cool dry place. Keep away from heat and fire.
● Based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.

5. Advisement
● Choose proper accelerator or catalyst to improve the impact resistance, but this will result in unexpected gloss up or worsen the surface leveling.
