1,  Maintenance period: one year
      We can send our technicist to the buyers' place to debug the machine and providing the training

      in 30 days after the machines arrive at the destination port.
2, The debugging fees: free
3, The training fees: First 7days is free , after that USD100/day for each technical
4, The numbers of technical persons: one technical person per machines at most.
5, The fees: round-trip tickets, accommodation etc, are all in buyers' account.
6, During the maintenance period: the parts damaged non-artificially will be provided free of charge. If

       buyers need the technicians,we will assign the technicalstaff to your company. And the fees ,

       such as round-trip tickets,accommodation etc, are all in buyers' account.
7, After the maintenance period: If buyers need the machine parts, we will provide it as our cost.

2.How to learn the operation of your machine?

A: 1) We can send our engineer to your factory for training

    2) You can send your machine operator to our factory

    3) We can send you a video for learning

3.If the parts was broken, how about the solution?

A: 1)Non-artificial damage parts, within warranty period, can be provided free of charge

    2)Custom-made parts with detailed drawing can be provided

4. Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

A: We are factory.

5. How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 10-15 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 25-30days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

6. Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: No, we couldn't offer the sample for free charge but we can provide video

7. What is your terms of payment ?

A: Paymen 50% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
