The normal replacement of cutter is a matter of removing a single bolt. The replacement is very easy. The cutter is made of TiC which is a material with super hardness, high tenacity and super abrasion resistance. Its hardness is much higher than that of super chrome cutter or that of conventional carbide alloy. It presents super abrasion resistance in clinker crushing. The cutter is sharp all the time.
