DZ-posses the best scorching quality of sulfenamide type accelerators. Its scorching quality in natural rubber is better than DIBS, the operating safety is much better. Mainly used in manufacture of tires, rubber belts and shock absorber. NS-a Vulcanization accelerator with delayed action, short cure time, has high antiscorthing quality and processing safety. Widely used in all sorts of rubber products and tyres, especially the meradial tyre. The product is excellent delayed accelerator with more delayed action and great curing rate. NOBS-an after-effect vulcanization accelerator with low activity,short vulcanization time, excellent resistance to cure , safe processing ,easy dispersion , slight discoloration and no bloom-out;suitable for natural rubber and synthetic rubber; mainly used to produce rubber products like tyres rubber hose,rubber shoes and conveyor belt. DTDM-can be used as the vulcanizing agent and rubber activator of natural rubber and synthetic rubber.The input of rubber mass using this product features no bloom out ,no contamination,nondiscolouring and easy dispersion.When used in the effective/semi-effective vulcanizing system,crosslinked rubber with excellent heat/ ageing resistance can be produced.It can release active sulfur under the vulcanization temperature,its effective sulfur content is 27% ,and the operation is safe.When it is used seperately, the vulcanization rate is low,but the rate will be increased when this product is used together with thiazole and thiram.
