Technical Parameters 1,Ambient temperature: -30℃ - +60℃ Atmosphere Pressure: 86 - 106Kpa 2,Buckling Tes t: no abnormal color and cracks are shown on hinges, nor loose part, pull-off or failure of the buckle is found after 200 cycles. 3,Temperature Cycle: product meets with buckling test after four hours of temperature cycles respectively at the min. temp of -30℃?℃ and max. temp. +60℃?℃. 4,Axial Tensile Force: No cable pull-out is found 2 hours after d/45?00N axial tensile force is imposed on the sleeve. 5,Vibration Tes t: Test results conform to requirements in the vibration test, in which the vibration frequency is at 10HZ, swing 3mm, and vibrating time 72 hours. 6,Impact Tes t: Test results conform to requirements in the impact test, where a 500g steel ball falls from the height of 1m above the sleeve to hit respectively on two ends and the middle of the sleeve.
