CTB Wet Drum Magnetic Separator

Brief

CT(B) series are mainly used for the purification cooperation for the coarse concentrates from dry magnetic separation
after different grinding stages, main application as follows:

1) Coarse separation after first ball mill. The intensity is about 2000-2400GS, rejecting tailings to enhance recycling and reduce
the cost of second ball mill

2) Concentration after second ball mill. The intensity is about 1500-1800GS, rejecting low grade minerals to enhance the grade
again.

3) Magnetic separation of iron sand from sea. The intensity is about 1000GS, rejecting the impurity to enhance the grade.

4) The clearance of ferrous minerals before strong magnetic working to prevent the magnetic block, such as iron removal
operation in the pre-separation for ceramic powder so on.

5)Recovery of ferrous minerals in coal dressing plant.
