RCDK Crossbelt Magnetic Separator
Brief
Crossbelt Magnetic Separator, which
is called Iron remover, are mainly suspended on various conveyors and chutes to
remove the
ferrous contamination from the flowing materials. The aim is to
purify the materials and protect the following process equipments.
Specialize
in mine crushing lines, metallurgical slag separation, foundry separation, MSW(municipal
solid waste) processing, power
plant, cement mill,
quarries, Waste wood processing
and glass cullet recycling so on.
This series can be divided into RCDK
series and RCYC series according to different iron-unloading manners
Characteristics
1)Adopt the
unique squeezed magnetic circuit to make sure enough magnetic depth and area.
Then there is enough time to
attract the ferrous contamination from the flowing
materials.
2)The magnetic field is stable without power excitation. The structure is compact and the belt has the corrective function by itself.
3)Special sealing shaft seat makes sure that
the equipment can be operated in a long time without trouble even under harsh
environment.
The belt of RCYC includes rubber belt and armored belt.
