l There are 2 weighing system and one working table assembled to the feather down filling line.
l It is mainly used to make down & feather garment, feather sleeping bag and cushion, feather mattress and feather quilting and other similar stuffing productions.
l The feather down filling takes vacuum method style function that helps to keep the material original soft, elastic and hand feeling and avoid the feather being damaged during the filling procedure.
l Good weighing system that the tolerance can be controlled within one gram, which can be adjusted by single set or single piece according to different requirement of different products. The tolerance of a whole product can be controlled within 1 gram, which helps quality controlling and avoid material wasting.
l Simple operation helps to save labor cost, the whole set can be handled by only 3 operators.
l Keep clean of the working environment because all of the filling materials are kept inside of the hopper.
l Reliable and stable performance with all electricity elements imported.
l Advanced technology level; the whole set is controlled by a PLC system with English and Chinese operation menu wherein 100 programs can be set up in advance to the control system. Each program can be set up about 80 sets of weight value, which is suitable for very complicated product design within one piece.
l High working capacity, the average material measuring time is 4 to 6 seconds. The filling time is adjustable so it’s possible for one operator to operate two fillers.
