Main features |
Besides the features of the AB-DW16C, the AB-DW16D has three more unit.
1.Arc bending device: The device is installed on the deck plate of the bender and can be driven by the basic shaft of the bender. The device can be used to bend round steel, square steel and flat steel so as to get round, arc and straight work pieces. The two driving rolling shafts of this device are composed of upper half roller, lower half roller and intermediate gasket, whose composite locations can be varied to get fifteen kinds of composite sizes. By this device we can bend the following work pieces: 50×10mm or less square iron, 16×16mm or less square steel, Ф16mm or less round steel. By controlling the press-in sizes of the driven roller the device can be applied to process the product parts of different arcs. In the device operation we completely use the electric control system of the electric bender, therefore we can simply operate the device with high efficiency and applicability.
2.Small round (spring) bending device: The device, driven by the basic shaft of the electric bender, is installed on the electric bender to bend square steel and round steel in order to produce springs. We can use this device to cut and produce small batch of rings. The operation method is described as following: install and lock the material to process into the material slot of the device, and then start the machine to let the material wound on the exterior round of the shaft sleeve to form spring, afterwards cut off the spring and weld its nick. Finally we planes the nick and get the end product. Since the products are fixed and localized according to the external circle of the shaft sleeve, the finished round products have accurate size, canonical shape and very good uniformity.
3.Angle bending device: The device, driven by the basic shaft of the bender, is fixed on the deck plate of the electric bender to finish the technological angle bending process of flat iron, round steel and square steel. Having large working ability, the device can at a time finish the angle bending of 16×16mm square steel, Ф16mm round steel and 50×8mm flat iron. The angle bending range of the device is 60°－179°, which can be realized by the bender timer control of the angle bending tool stroke. If you want the angle less than 60°, exchange angle bending dies to meet the production requirement, i.e., the device can realize the required angle bending work of all kinds. In the device operation, we can employ the auto-stop reset controller of the bender to make the cams stop in a consistent position, and then apply the timer to control the working time, thus we can bend and get the product angles with very good consistency, i.e., by the intrinsic timer control of the bender we can produce products in batches. The device is made with the following features: time and labor saving, simple and convenient operation, high efficiency.
