Multi-tier shelf is suit for high warehouse, light cargo, pick by man and large storage quantity situation, which can increase the using space. Multi-tier shelves systems were widely used in automobile and logistics industries.
Multi-tier shelves could be the first with shelves and second platform, or both with shelves. The shelves in first layer not only for storing goods, but also for supporting the second layer. The distance of upright frame is 4 or 6 meters ,first floor about 3 meters height, and second and third floor is about 2.5 meters. The upright frame is made by rectangle or circle steel, beam is made by H shape steel, and floor deck is made by cold rolling steel, checkered iron, or steel grating. Generally speaking, the floor load capacity is less than 1000kg/M2
