Oil resistant conveyor belts :
Oil resistant belt carries parts and components coated with machine oil, heavy-oil treated coal in cooking plants and electric power generating plants, soybean draff, fish meat and other oily materials. Materials containing non-polar organic solvents and fuel.
The belt compounded of oil resistant synthetic rubber has good resistance to the damaging effects encountered when conveying oil contaminated or treated materials.
Type I:
* Temperature: -30℃ -70℃
* Oil type: Mineral oil, organic solvent
* Cubage expanding rate(70 hrs at normal temperature): ≤50%
Type II:
* Temperature: -30℃ --70℃
* Oil type: Vegetable oil, animal fat
* Cubage expanding rate(70 hrs at normal temperature): ≤50%
Terms of price : FOB shanghai , CNF , CIF
Terms of payment : 40% as advanced payment before production , the balance pay before shipment by T/T or by irrevocable letter of credit at sight
Delivery time : usually 20 days after receipt of advanced payment , if urgent , can be discussed
