Application scope:
Mainly applicable to crude fiber granulation, such as : sawdust, cotton stalk, cotton seed hull, weeds and all kinds of crop straw, home wastage, the worn out plastic and the factory reject, the material of low adhesion rate, difficult to forming . It also can be applied to biological fertilizer, organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, compound fertilizer low temperature pelleting.
Characteristic:
1.The roller adopts taper-shaper to make both ends line-speed consistent to die-inner and to die-outer, so it avoids dislocation friction between rollers and dies, so that the resistance is reduced, accordingly the energy consumption
reduced, dies’ lifetime is enlarged.
2.Press rollers are setting uniformly, working smoothly. the press district is increased, so the output is improved.
3.This type compression formation is varied, round bar, brick, pellet, only exchange the die, adopting to different materials to achieve maximum effectiveness。
