Equipped with special engineering plastic impacts, fitting Tools is designed for safe, precise and quick mounting of bearing, lining, seal ring, cam and belt pulley etc. The right combination of sleeve and impact ring allows effective transmission of mounting force to the bearing ring with interference fit, which minimize the risk of damaging of the r which can lead to damage. The carefully matched fitting tools ensure that the forces are uniformly transmitted to the side faces of the bearing rings

Fitting Tools is perfect equipment for mounting small size work pieces such as bearings with inner diameter10mm-55mm. The quick and precise mounting ensures the original precision of the bearing, extends the bearing's service life. In a word, Fitting Tools avoids the risk of damage to the bearing by using the traditional installing method.

Proper maintenance and handling practices are critical. Failure to follow user manual can result in equipment failure, creating a risk of serious bodily harm. Since our products are subject to continuous improvement, we reserve the right to make changes.

Proper mounting allows the load to be transmitted to the ring experiencing the interference fit. This way, mounting forces are not transmitted via the rolling elements, avoiding damage to the raceways.

1. 36 pieces of special engineering plastic impact rings (pressed serial number according to different size), are applied to bearings with inner diameter 10-55mm. They ensure avoiding the damage to the bearing, rolling elements and raceways, and prevent producing harmful metal scrap.

2. Hard special engineering plastic sleeves (3 pieces), are light and nonmagnetic.

3. Inelastic hammer with no rebound can be used to centralize the strength on the impact surface. And the hammer has plastic double-faces which can prevent the damage to the work piece
