Specifications

.The balloon is made of a semi-compliant special material.
.The inflated  diameter is accurately controlled.
.The balloon shoulder stretching process uniforms balloon wall thickness to further reduce the balloon profile.
.The joints are welded by laser. Laser welding gets smooth surface, increases the strength, and reduces the profile.
.An automatic balloon folder is adopted. The balloon is folded to three segments. The profile is reduced further more and good rewrap ability.
.The tip is made of a soft material and formed to a unique taper. This optimized tip reduces the injury to vessel and easily cross the restenosis.
.The radiopaque marker band is made of Platinum. It is swaged into the inner tube and has very small size, visible under X rates.
.The proximal shaft is made of 304L stainless steel. With the same dimensions the bending resistance is increased 30% comparing normal 304 stainless steel shafts. It increases the push ability and even was packed in the dispenser for long it will not curve.
.A lubricious coating covers the catheter.
.The nominal diameters are 1.5, 2.0, 2.25, 2.5, 2.75, 3.0, 3.25, 3.5, and 4.0mm. The working lengthes are 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40mm，We can also produce any length balloons within 40mm per customer’s requirements.
