Overview
ZP-35D High Speed Rotary Tablet Press is a double-press type, continuous automatic tablet press for pressing granular raw materials into round tablets. It is mainly used in pharmaceutical, herbal, nutraceutical, food and chemical industries. During operation, the speed of the turret rotaion, the depth of the filling material and the thickness of the tablets can be adjusted. The hydreaulic system assures smooth, stable operation. GMP-Compliant model.
Features
1.It is suitable for pressing round tablets and various kinds of irregular tablets(Double-sided lettering)
2.The machine is fully enclosed. The material of the cover and the inside table face is stainless steel. The turret face is specially disposed keeping the luster of the face and prevent the cross pollution, meeting the GMP requirement.
3.It has transparent windows so that press condition can be observed clearly and the window can be opened for cleaning and maintenance.
4.Import frequency converter, electromagnetic clutch, and the electric control component adopts PLC touchscreen control technology, with the functions of setting up of the main compression and main compression override stop
5.It is equipped with continuous and centralized lubrication system for the driving system, tracks and main frictional parts to be adequately lubricated to reduce the noise and weating for maintenance cost to be greatly reduced.
6. A powder suction unit is attached to take in the residual powder during the operation so that the blokage by resudual powder can be eliminated and the collected powder material can be reused.
