The frequency of this production line is 35 PCS per minute.(it depends on the production's complexity and size.). Its speed can't be regulated.

1.An auto-lubricated feeder(note2)
2.An electronic controlled panel
3.A length controller
4.An 63T crank-shaft punch
5. A set of aluminium foil container mould.
6. A automatic conveyor(with a foil scrap collector)
7.A collector of finished product
8.A collecting table for collecting containers
(note1)This production line is electrification integration,and centralized control.Full-automatic product. Worker just collect the finished products.
(note2)The foil feed system's width is 520mm.(basic model)
(note3) The feeding system is controlled by computer. You can regulate the length form 30 mm to 999 mm.
(note4) As we can manufactured the machine according to the products's size that they required, the machine model is different.
The procedure of production:
Raw material:aluminium foil-->auto-lubricated feeder-->length controller-->63T punch -->mould-->collect product by hand (or auto-collector) -->packing.
