Test Principle:

Classical Swine Fever is a highly contagious and often fatal disease of pigs caused by Classical swine fever virus,which,together with Bovine viral diarrhea virus 1,BVDV-2,Border disease virus and Pestivirus of Giraffe,belongs to the genus Pestiviruswithin the family Flaviviridae.Solid phase enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay based on the sandwich principle.The wells are coated with antigen.Specific antibodies of the sample binding to the antigen coated wells are detected by a secondary enzyme conjugated antibody specific for pig IgG.After the substrate reaction the intensity of the color developed is proportional to the amount of IgG specific antibodies detected.Results of samples can be determined directly.
