SMC roving is specially designed as reinforcement for thermoset resin used in sheet molding compounds to product automobile parts, seats, bath tabs, water storage tanks, and sporting tools, etc. The SMC roving, treated with silane-based size, is made to achieve good compatibility with various resins.
