1. Major Components and Working Principle
The machine is mainly composed of conveyor belt, rack, bar code printing, tag plate and collection tray of paper, etc.
Working Principle
Power up the machine, then bottles are automatically transferred by conveyor belt to sub-bottle plate which divides close bottles in a line with certain space. After that, bottles are transferred to labeling station where the tags stripped are labeled on bottle surface. And then, bottles are transferred out of labeler after being closely pressed. The paper belt with tags stripped is then recycled by collection tray of paper through guide ring and enters the next process.
