Specifications
Titanium-containing (compound coat tubing) manufactured by DongBao Group is coated with Titanium-containing compound materials, which owns great corrosion-proof and good anti-wear effect. This kind of coated tubing is suitable for inner wall thickness of flooding well, production well and some pipeline and it will improve service life 3 times than common tubing. Hence, it will reduce cost of oil extraction and bring more economic benefit.
Advantages(compared with common tubing):
1. Owning good characteristics of corrosion proof and anti-wear,which is suitable for flooding well with high temperature, week acid, weak base and salt water.
2. Great Adhesion avoids coat surface from destroy by flow liquid in the wells.
3. Titanium-containing compound coat has a high surface flatness and smoothness, which leads to good quality in preventing scale formation. Also, the coat surface formed by magnetism and chemical structure of Titanium-containing compound stops formation of scale.
4. Tubing size: 2 3/8~4 1/2 as per API standard.
