Drill Rod

Our special and rock drill steel company total investment of 500 millions, it's customized produce the rock drill steel for our products, we can produce almost all kinds of rock drill steel, in the production process, H22 Rod have the largest production output, it's using the material of 40SiMnCrNiMo(Silicon, Manganese, Chromium, Nickel, Molybdenum), and it's performance are better than the rod use the material of 95CrMo(Chromium, Molybdenum) and 55SiMnMo(Silicon, Manganese, Molybdenum). Because of our rod's stable quality, timely delivery, reasonable price, that's makes our company soon became one of the largest suppliers of H22 Rod in China.

Secondly, we also produce the bench rock drill steel for such as: H25, H28, H32, R32, R39, R46, R52, and it's all use the material of 23CrNi3Mo(Chromium, Nickel, Molybdenum), this kind of steel material have very good performance parameters, it's the same material with the international famous brand such as SANDVIC and STLAS etc. During the processing, we also adopt SANDVIK's processing technique, first, using the continuous casting machine make the round steel bar, then use the depth drill to drill the hole in the middle of the horizontal placed steel bar, then put the mandrel in the hole, heating  them, then using the continuous rolling machine to rolling them, finally pull the mandrel out of the steel bar, this kind of processing technique can guarantee smoothness of the endoporus of the rod and also not prone to have the breakage source in the rod.

In the rod's production process, we also have the special heat treatment for the rod's easy break parts, full carburizing of the steel rod, to improve the steel rod's bending resistance and toughness.
