Our factory ,using a combination of high-tech CNC punch press and CNC Feeding and adopting new special dies, can processe punching parts Maximum size: 2.0 meters width x length 6 meters x thickness 30 mm. Within the specifications we can perforate stainless steel plate, iron plate, galvanized plate, aluminum plate, aluminum, copper, wood, PVC polyester panels. Hole pattern: round hole, elliptical hole, slotted hole /a long waist hole, rectangular hole, multilateral holes, hexagonal holes, star-shaped hole, cross-shaped hole, plum blossom hole, thermometer hole, light expanded hole and other hole types. The minimum hole diameter we punched up to 0.2 mm. Arrangement accuracy ± 0.015mm, Arrangement angle of holes form of staggered 90 degrees, staggered 60 degrees and staggered 45 degrees. A man-machine dialogue, the computer automatic programming, CAD design, automatic feeding, automatic stamping and other functions enable us to interpret complex graphical design and process products of high precision, small error and good quality.
