Set-retarding, Water-reducing Agent
ZT-2 Set-retarding, water-reducing agent can apparently slow down the setting of cement. It can lower the heat produced by early cement hydration, cut down on the water to be used in the mix, raise its strength, and save the amount of cement used. it improves the mechanical and physical performances of the hardening cement, with no harmful corrosive effect on steel reinforcements.
Application
ZT-2 Set-retarding, water-reducing agent is applicable to mass concrete, slip-form construction in summer, and concrete work or reinforced concrete word ghat requires slow –setting of cement; it is also suitable for cast-in-situ or prefabrication of concrete or reinforced concrete members, when no constructin joints are desired for mass concrete in hot summer.
Feature
1. Its retarding performance significantly exceed national first-class product criterion of retarding superplasticizer .
2. Excellent adaptability with cement of all kind, obvious plasticity,least slump loss.
3. Mixed with ZT-2, retarding and plasticity have no effect on strength and post-strength of concrete,compressive strength increased by 50-80％, 40-60% , 30-60％ on 3rd 7th and 28th day respectively,and post strength grows continually.
4. Significantly reducing the hydration heat of early age, delaying the peak of hydration heat,faciliating to optimize the quality of mass concrete construction,avoiding cracks.
5. Applicable to preparation of C50-C80 concrete of high strength and high-performance.
6. Suitable for preparation of commercial concrete, high-fluid concrete, retarding, or ultra-retardation concrete, mass concrete.

Instruction
1. Powder: dosage according to cementitious materials ; liquid: dosage as per solid content.
2. Post-doping is better, appropriate extension the time of mixing in order to facilitate uniform.
3. Adaptability should be tested when mixing with other admixture, mixing with Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer prohibited
4. When expanding admixture, all kinds of fine mineral admixtures, special cement, high early strength cement or other materials containing anhydrite cement used in the concrete admixture,test should be made.
