We can start from designing and manufacturing according to ASTM, ASME, DIN, SIS & EURONORM until exporting the products to the country and region where nominated by the user. If the forming equipment and integrated equipment are placed, our company can also provide you with a series of service including installation, debugging and trial production.

The metallurgical machinery and equipment processing factory affiliated with our company can undertake the manufacturing tasks of integrated equipments such as mine, sintering, ironmaking, steelmaking, chemical, steel rolling & other metallurgical machineries and kinds of agricultural machineries. For example, 180T BOF (basic oxygen furnace), 1550 x 250mm slab caster, 18 x 29 ball mill, cover type annealing furnace, 1250mm cantilever flattener, kinds of valve, flange, gear, serrated shaft, herringbone shaft, gear reducer, gear couplings, pin couplings, threaded spindle, nut, shaft products, sleeve products, roll, backing roll, working roll, table roll, pulley, car wheel, centric wheel and so on.

Our rivet welding factory can undertake kinds of metallic steel strcture equipment, heavy overhead crane, pressure vessel (Grade I, II & III), oil tank, water tank, pipework, environmental control dedusting equipment and galvanizing equipment with different models, bridge, structural steel workshop, building frame, conveyer worm, belt conveyer, feeder, bucket elevator, dust extractor, descaling machine and so on.

Our casting factory can work kinds of cast steel products, cast iron and precision cast steel products which are less than 120 tons, such as roll, support, frame, box body, gear blank, sleeve products, skidway, valve body, valve seat, pulley, connecting rod and so on.

flange products, ring products, profiled forgings and kinds of lift hook forgings with carbon constructional steel, tool steel, roller-bearing steel, spring steel and different alloy steel etc. Our main equipments are kinds of heavy free forging water press and free forging hammer with different tonnage. The biggest forgings from us are ?1500 ring, ?1000 flange and ?500 x 17000 shaft.

Our casting branch factory has large, medium, small EAF (electric arc furnace) and ladle refining furnace with different tonnage. There are also cupola furnace and medium-frequency induction furnace for steel casting and copper casting. Our precision casting products are adopted silica sol process, sodium silicate process and EPC process. Our products are mainly exported to America, European and Asian countries. And we have got the good comment from our clients. There are controlled-atmosphere heat treatment production line and kinds of smelting electric furnace in our heat treatment branch factory. In this case, quenching, annealing, tempering, hardening and tempering, heat treatment etc. can be fulfilled here. We can also execute the mechnical property, chemical composition and kinds of flaw detection through precise inspection method.
