This product is widely used as beer fermenting tank, wine fermenting tank and so on. Our factory specialize in personally manufacturing Small to medium sized brewery plants, Micro brewery equipment, Brew house/brewery equipment, Beer testing equipment for home brewery, and factory brewery etc.
The inner fermenting tanks are adopts stainless steel 304, using polyurethane as insulating layer. The cooling jacket adopts dimple jacket. The jacket are provided at tank body and conical bottom to effectively increase the cooling speed. The outside scarfskin is according to the customers' requirement. You can choose stainless steel polishes, mirror polishing or satin polishing. Adopted the international standards of fermentation technology. All the joints ans interior surface are adopted mirror polishing to avoid dead corner. Completely meet the demanding of PLC and sterilize system.
In addition, heaing exchanging eara of the jacket of different proportions and conical angle of the bottom can be allocated according to customer’ technological requirements.
