Giving out steel wire from I-shaped wheel (petal basket type) ->Steel wire gas fired heating furnace with direct fire-> Quenching in lead bath ->Ultrasonic cleaning (traditional acid washing) ->phosphorizing (boronizing) ->H-type wheel taking up the steel wire (inverted type)

　　The fuel gas heating furnace can quickly heat up the steel wire of wide range diameter.(0.8mm to 12.5 mm )Vehement convective burning system can quickly and completely fuse carbide. And the quality of wide range products is stable.
　　The design of the furnace is modular section-type. You may easily add the section to increase the capacity of production. The output will be improved.

Ultrasonic cleaning facility
　　The principle of ultrasonic cleaning is that the cavitation will produce in the liquid because of 25 thousand vibration at one second. Impulsive force is produced from the breaking of cavitated dunk that is formed by the ultrasonic wave affected the liquid.
