The advantages of ceramic conjugate ring is a blend of that of both saddle packing and ring packing , using the conjugate curve of the fin structure, and at both ends outside the curling and appropriate aspect ratio.In or between the fillers and inner towers are point contact,which will not result in overlapping but leading to uniform pores,small resistance and good hydrodynamics and mass transfer performance. Ceramic Conjugate Ring is made on the improvements of ladder ring in terms of large surface area, small resistance, high-quality and high efficiency.It is the replacement of Raschig ring and ladder ring.
Features:
Conjugate ring has an excellent acid&heat resistance performance, and can resist corrosion of diverse acids such as inorganic acids, organic acids and organic solvents except hydrofluoric acid.
Application:
It is suitable in all occasions of high-temperature,and can be widely used in drying tower, absorption tower, cooling tower, scrubber and regeneration tower among the fields of chemical industry, metallurgy, gas, and environmental protection industries.
