Ink proofer is a printability testing machine for spot color, which can help you judge that whether the color is the one what you want by several steps:
Step 1. Apply the pigment that you need to one of the two ink rollers (the plastic one).
Step 2. The machine will mix the color automatically afer you press the START button.
Step 3. Proof it after it finishes mixing the ink.
Generally, it is much more accurate to implement Step I with the Ink Injecter, which is a tool to control the measure of the pigment that you’ll apply.
After 3 steps above, we can judge that whether the color is similar to what we want within several minutes. Also, we can know the data of the mixed color.

Function:
1. Check hue, glossiness, and thickness for four-color of ink.
2. Test sport color-ink. Its capable to print on different color stripes r stripe with different ink
thickness at the same time, and one the same material with old and new ink to conduct an
efficient contrast.
3. Testing and Hue contrast. The width of the three rollers is 45/75 and 105 mm respectively. It
is available to make a simple color stripe in size of A4 for customer to check and archive.
4. Test the color change caused by wetness and dryness quickly.
5. Work with spectro densitometer to realize digital management.
6. It is convenient to foresee the wear resistance, color-fastness, discoloration, transitivity,
light-resistance and heat-resistance and so on.
