Dry mortar production line

Dry mortar is also called pre-mixed mortar, its semi-finished product that made in the factory after exact dosing and mixing uniformly. It's powdered or granular mixtures of aggregate, inorganic cementitious materials and functional additives.

The materials are composed of sand, fly ash, cement, light aggregate and all kinds of additives. Transportation in bulk or packaged available, it can be used directly after mixing pro rata.

This line is use for producing dry mortar, it main consists of the following parts: material store silo, sand dryer, spiral conveyor, weighing system, hoisting machine, pre-mixing silo, mixer, end product silo, packing machine, dust collector, air-phase equilibrium system, control system.

The productivity is 5-100T/h. According to the layout type, it can be classified into tower type, plant type and series type.

It is up to the customer workshop area. The needed area is 500~8000m2. According to the usage, there are the following types: Gap filler, Floor mortar, Repair mortar, Interface mortar, Masonry mortar, Ceramic tile binder, Self-leveling mortar, Non-shrinkage grout, Gypsum joint mortar, Waterproof dry mortar, Wall self-leveling putty, Thermal insulation mortar, Heated board matching mortar, Hardening and artistic floor mortar, Decoration mortar and powder coating.
