Specifications
1.The products named roll head, it is crushers parts.
2. The material is Hi-Nard4, which is a special material, the wear resistant, it is so strong when they put in the crushers machine.,have the long life cycle.
3.It is just make from sand casting,for this process, can get the high quaitly goods
4.The mould can make from the wood, if the quantity is not so much, but if should make more quantity, we just suggest to make the aluminium mould, the life time can increase longer.
5. The package mostly we use just is wood case, just according to the dimension of the goods, to make the case, and the wood material is three-ply wood, it is no need to do the suffocating.
6.The net weight of the roll head is 160 kgs.
7.Pay 50% mould price in advance when do the mould, when the sample are satisfied ,pay the balance.
8.With the goods payment: pay 30%deposit in advance, then pay 70% by T/T since seen the copy of B/L.
