The Stele Sheet Shearer is mainly is used for the cutting process for silicon stele sheets and center stele sheets for ironcores in medium and small sized transformers. The center stele sheets are formed in one operation which is helpful for saving materials, impro-ving efficiency and maintaining quality.

The machine consists of unroller, parts feeding section, fixed cutting section, moveable cutting section, mechanical hand, parts collection table, hydraulic system, electrical control system and different guide sections.

Compact in structure, stable in performance and smooth in operation, the machine is driven by hydraulic power and has low noise. With imported frequency converter used in speed change and infrared ray system used, the machine can be controlled by hand as well. PC program is applied in electrical system. The processed silicon steel pieces delivered to part collection table by mechanical hand, the machine boasts high speed, reliability, flexibility and efficiency.
