Specifications
General
HCC TL2000 magnetic encoder is the first generation product of our company. This product can be connected with PC to consist web system or encode independently. This encoder is consisted of 3 parts：controller system, encoder, sheet box.
Power wire：Supply the encoder with working voltage, black, triangle plugs and working voltage (110/220V).
Data wire：The data connection between the controller or PC with encoder is by means
of cables through nine pins RS232 standard serial interface.
Sheet box: Part independent with encoder.

Working Procedure
The feeder of HCC TL2000 can contain up to 300 sheets，only one sheet can be fed to tracks at one time. The encoder will process the sheet at following steps:
(1) Preparing: put the sheet into the feeder.
(2) Feeding: feed one sheet to the feed track.
(3) Sheet Testing
Ⅰ Sheet testing, e.g. long sheet, short sheet, too thin sheet and tilt sheet.
Ⅱ Jam testing
Ⅲ Ribbon testing
If the instances above happens the testing component will feed back the error information to the controller and PC, the encoder will alarm and stop process.
