8-hole rotating disk high pressure and high strength brick pressing machine has been an approved product in the field of building material production since late 1980s. For dozens of years, our company has made great improvement according to requirement and the improved pressure now can reach0120t and above. With stable operation and large output, and can produce 33 to38 building blocks per minute, the major parts of improvement include：
1. The various parts of base are thickened, to raise the anti-breaking capacity.
2. The crankshaft is changed from cast steel to special purpose materials, and undergoes striking and forging treatment.
3. Eight-hole rotating disk is changed from iron castings and spherical graphite castings to 45 steel castings.
4. The compression bars are changed from castings to special purpose steel.
5. Ant abrasives and vulnerable parts are entrusted to the military industrial enterprises to be manufactured through high frequency and quenching treatment.
