1.Working principles and features:
WDR series thermal oil heater is based on advanced home and abroad technology,combined with years of experience in the production.It is an efficient energy-saving heating equipment with electricity as heat source and conduction oil as heat carrier,passing heat through the forced circulation of the hot oil pump.
The device has a compact structure, small size, light weight, easy installation, fast heating, and free from pollution, the computer automatically control the temperature and can produce the higher operating temperaturesin the lower working pressure.
2.Technical performance and uses:
The thermal oil heater is a new ideal heating equipment and has features as follows: stable operation under low pressure(≤ 0.4MPa), computer automatic control and more than 90% thermal efficiency.It is widely used in petrochemical, oil materials, building materials industry, textile printing and dyeing, food, plastics, rubber, pharmaceutical and other industries.
3.The conduction oil furnace is divided into the coal-fired type, oil-fired type, gas-fired type and the electrical heating type.
