Application: Apply to furniture which requires anti-scratch topcoat.

1. Anti-scratch wooden furniture or furniture with calico paper.

2. High grate anti-scratch furniture.

Properties: 1. Excellent scratch resistance. 2. Rich, good hand feeling, smooth.

3. High transparency, strong sense of third dimensional effect.

Recommended ratio:

Paint : DPR65F (curing agent): thinner = 100:50:100

The drying time:

Touch dry: ≤60Minutes, Hard dry : ≤4 hours Gel time: ≤3 Hours (25 ℃) Viscosity: 9-12 seconds ( Iwata Cup II),

Note: To achieve the best effect, choose the thinner accounting to the actual demands.

Application process: surface preparation → sealer → spray stain → PU sealing primer → PE/PU transparent primer →PU semi-gloss clear topcoat

Note:

1. Mixing on proper ratio. Matched products of Doit are recommended in order to get the best effect. Don’t risk mixing products.

2. Stir evenly before spraying. Close container after each use.

3. Wash painting tool immediately when painting is finished, in order to avoid damage.

4. Before painting, sanding carefully between each coat, lest causing poor adhesion.

5. The color of the paint may turn dark after a short time storage, but other properties will not be affected.

Package and storage:

The paint shall be stored in a sealed container in a shady, cool, dry and ventilated environment to avoid rain, high temperature and fire with a shelf life of 12 months.
