Often times, it takes too long time to do vehicle ECU programming, the battery voltage usually is lower or higher than standard values due to electricity instability which might result sudden disruption during programming and cause damage to Vehicle ECU.

Users Manul:
Step1:Preset the output voltage first,please do not take the load at the output of the power regulator when preset the required output voltage.
To be safest,please adjust the voltage and the current to the minimum value.
Step2:First switch off the power,connect the load equipment,then switch on the power.
 If the pre-adjusted output voltage regulation value is below 20% (10V), please first check the output voltage stability whether output voltage exceed the allowable range.The checking method is:before connect the load devicet, repeat the “step1”several times to check the stability. If the output voltage exceed the alllowable range,it is easy to damage the load divice when connect to it.
Step3: when the electricity is running, you can adjust the front panel of the two potentiometers to change the output value and output constant current regulator value.
Internal cooling fan is with temperature control, it will auto turn on only the machine with high temperature, it will stall when the high temperature drop. Make sure there is nothing to block air circulation in the right and lest sides of the cooling fan.
Immediately Trouble Shooting: If it does not work correctly please switch off the power and cut off the input power cable, check carefully whether the input power cable connection is correct, reliable. If meet difficult problems,please should not open the cabinet if you are not the expertise. Because the machine has high voltage, It is strictly prohibited to open the cabinet r without permission,please contact us for maintenance.
