Its operational principle: electric motor drives step down gear to revolve, which make polyester film put on the carrying belt, plasma-like materials from charging spout, fiberglass cloth paved forward with carrying belt.Plasma-like materialsfall from charging spout and are extruded by pressure roller to slab stock, then transport to next working procedure, produce the finished-goods through pattern plate.

Main function:　　 The machine is specialize in processing the Glass-Type Light-Weight Tile.The Properties of glass-type light-weight tile are as following:1, Pressure resistance; break resistance, low water absorption, and high antifreeze capacity; 2, Long life, which is longer than asbestos tile;
3, Anticorrosion is strong, which is better than iron tile; 4, flame resistance, fireproofing, wind proofing and anti-aging, which is better than resins tile and plastic tile; 5, Raw materials are available widely (★The main raw materials are Magnesium Chloride and Magnesium Oxide). The tile is widely used for building factory, warehouse, canopy gallery in oil field, forest, smelting, paper-production, cement, chemical industry, industry and mining enterprises. Advantage:

1, Production speed, thickness of the tile can be adjustable easily.
