Scope of usage:
Suitable for cutting straight and 45-degree diagonal straps in different width of cloth,adhesive-bonded fabirc,foam,cladding,paper,and reflectorized material,etc.;suitable for industries like clothing,shoes&headgear,bags,swimwear,home textiles and so forth.
Characteristics:
(1) The power of chief axis and round knife uses steples speed regulating system and frequency converter system,so they can be controlled to regulate speed and change forward and reversal rotation to achieve the best cutting quality.
(2) Accurately step-by-step system in the manipulation station is used to control the cutting width with precision ball-screw and sliding rail,so precise cutting can be achieved.
(3) AC motor speed regulating system of the cutting machine is used to directly control the cutting feed power and speed to achieve high-quality strip cutting.
(4) The operation interface uses LCD Chinese/English display screen,and the cutting width,quantity and action set can be directly entered with manual or automatic convertion.Mitsubishi PLC programmable controller is used to achieve automatic cutting.
(5)The machine use the import parts in the main attachted.PLC to make the controll easy , Synchronous belt,it avoid belt slip easily, precision ball-screw and sliding rail on the working table instead of normal rail,it can help you to keep machine clean and Easy to clean. Most important,it will reduced error.
