9,Factory Equipment:

We own four 3T/h and one 1.5T electric furnaces imported from INDUCTOTHERM CORP. U.S.A,we have 4 KOYO automatic molding lines,the casting capability of foundry is 50,000 tons, there are 60 machining lines;the testing equipment including OBLF Spectrometer from Germany, thus keep the chemical contents meet the requirement of customer before pouring. The physics test, chemistry analysis, metallography analysis, spectrum analysis and dynamic equilibrium test can keep the quality of discs and drums being in the advanced level in China. We produce and test the brake discs and drums according to the standards of SAE-J431 G3000; also we produce the ductile discs and other products.
