MQ-500 Textile Waste Recycling Line
Function and Feature:
This model is developed on the base of our old models and experience in and out of China. The machine makes use of the mechanical centrifugal force emerged by high speed rotation of take-in roller clean out impurities from raw material, loosen fibers, and then press the fiber into big flakes. It specially designed U-SHAPE wire for opening machine greatly protected the finished products fiber length. This machine can also remove the dust in the raw material. It is used to process every kind of cotton textile waste, spinning cotton waste to reuse again. It is the best way to reduce cost and make good use resources.
This model has greatly increased the automatic level of textile waste recycling line. It is now standing for the highest level of waste recycling industry. It will bring you a great feed back with high production, high quality products. And it has automatic device to return cotton, the machine can reduce manpower, save time.
