CGD type central driving suspending mud scraper is used for spoiling the mechanical sludge of radial or vertical sedimentation basin. It has no central support, and the construction of the sedimentation basin is simple. It is often used when the diameter is 6-14meters.

1.1 CGD type central driving suspending mud scraper is a ideal equipment for removing settled sludge in sedimentation basin. It collect the sludge on the bottom of the pool to the catchpit. So the sludge can flow back and be thickened.

1.2 This machine has features on designing and manufacturing as follows

a) Main member and girder are made by carbon steel, the underwater part is stainless steel or carbon steel with anticorrosion.

b) Reduction box use cycloidal reducer. It is has advantages such as small volume, light weight, good load bearing, low noise, reliable running and so on.

c) The level of motor’s protection is IP55 outdoor type, class of insulation is F.

d) The level of electrotechnical box’s protection can get IP55. The reliable life is long.

e) It’s convenient to maintain this machine, and the operating cost is low.
