DY-SPTC-II Self-Propelled Thermoplastic Convex Pavement Striping Machine adopts the latest intelligent process controller and the humanized control panel. It finishes the vibrating line and flat line construction work at the same time. The variable speed transmission system can be flexibly operated in forward and back off, which greatly improves the construction efficiency. The regular profile shape, profile height, profile space and profile quantity are precise and perfect. The machine can meet different needs of roads in different countries and areas with the features of high deformation, abrasion and shock resistance etc.

1) Engine: American Briggs & Stratton 5.5HP gasoline engine.
2) Controlling system: Micro-computer controlling system with electronic display. Various standard line. The profile quantity, profile length and profile height and profile space can be adjusted freely.
3) Driving: The variable speed transmission system can be flexibly operated in forward and back off with power, which ensures fast construction speed and high work efficiency.
4) Paint tank: Stainless steel outside (or high temperature resistant baked coating SC steel) and inner thermal insulation bucket. Capacity:120KG (60L).
5) Capacity of glass beads bin: 15KG.
6) Glass beads dispensing: The automatic dispenser is synchronous with the marking system. The dispensing quantity can be freely adjusted.
7) Marking shoe: The single screeding marking shoe is made of special material with the characteristics of high temperature, shock, abrasion and deformation resistance. The floor knife is made of hard alloy.
8) Marking width: 100/150/200/300mm (Special sizes can be customized). Base line thickness: 1.5-2.5mm (adjustable). Profile height: 3-7mm (adjustable).
9) Climbing capacity: 15 degree.
10) Direction controlling: The back stern wheel is equipped with locating device which ensures the machine walks in straight line or operates easily when turning.
11) Heating: Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).
