Pre-Production inspection (At the beginning of the production process, a visual quality control of components, materials, accessories, finished and half-finished products is made and is compared against the specifications and/or reference samples supplied by the client, to predict possible problems and to make recommendations so that it is possible to verify if the product fulfills all the specifications before mass production.)
b. Pre-Shipment inspection (At the end of the production process, a visual quality control of finished products is made and is compared against the specifications and/or reference samples supplied by the client, to predict possible problems in order to verify that the product fulfills all the specifications before shipment.)
c. Loading inspection (We provide the service of container/truck loading inspection before its transportation to the port. An inspection report with photos and videos will show our clients how the goods are located in the container, if the total QTY has been loaded, if all the space has been well used. The client will also be informed about the sealing code and the number of the container before the departure of the ship.)
