Property: Paraffin Wax is a kind of translucent material that its color is white or light yellow with clear crystal structure. Its main component is straight-chain alkanes. The main quality indicators are melting point and oil content. It can be divided into many types according to the degree of processing, such as fully refined paraffin wax, semi-refined paraffin wax and crude paraffin.
Application: Crude paraffin is often used for making matches, fibreboard and canvas, also used to be as surface coating on waterproof packing and produce candle. Fully/semi refined parsffin wax are widely used as coating material of foods, oral drugs'package.
Storage: It should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, avoid meeting pilot fire and heat source. It should be separated from oxidants.
