Specifications
We produce ingot moulds in different sizes.
Material: grey cast iron, RE alloy cast iron, vermicular and nodular cast iron.

Our company can product 35000 metric tons of various casting products per year, including cast iron, cast steel and alloy castings. The maximum unit weight of iron castings is about 200 metric tons.
Because of the long service life, which is 4-6 times of that of the ordinary iron castings, the low alloy high toughness casting--QT500-20 nodular iron casting was awarded Golden Prize at the Science Achievement Fair of the National Spark Program.
The physical proprieties of the developed rare earth alloy iron casting has improved a lot, comparing with that of the ordinary grey iron castings in terms of thermal resistance, oxidization resistance and impact toughness. The slag pot made of this technique is superior not only in the service life, but also in the aspects of the specifications and proprieties. The cost of using this kind of products is lower than that of cast steel products.
This kind of products has been widely sold to many countries in the world, such as South Korea, Japan, Slovakia and so on.
We have once exported ingot moulds to our customers in South Korea, and were well received by them and they agreed to accept our goods without previous checking and inspection for the goods to be shipped in the following shipments.
