Specifications
The outer race and the inner race of the tapered roller bearing are provided with conical raceway, and conical rollers are mounted on among raceways. If the conical surface is extended, it will converge on one point of the bearing axis. This type of bearing is mainly applied on front wheel and rear wheel of cars, transmission, differential mechanism, shaft pinion, machine tool main shaft, construction machinery, large-sized agricultural machinery, mechanical reduction gear of railway car and rolling mill journal speed reducer. The inner and outer ring raceways are segments of cones and the rollers are also made with a taper so that the conical surfaces of the raceways and the roller axes if projected, would all meet at a common point on the main axis of the bearing.
