Working Principal:

Adjustment of discharging-material size: The wedge-shaped or gasket control is installed between two roll wheels. There is adjusting bolt in the top of the control. The wedge makes the active roll wheel away from fixable wheel, while the adjusting bolt is pulling up the wedge, this make the gap in the two roll wheels and discharging-materials size larger. When the wedge is pulled down, the active roll wheel under the action of holddown spring makes the gap and discharging become smaller. The gasket control trough regulates the quantity or thickness of the gasket to adjust the size of discharging-materials.

Main Use:

This grinding roller can be widely used in cement, metallurgy, chemical, electric power and coal industries for processing the brittle and tenacious materials. In brick making production line, this machine is mainly used for secondary crushing, which can make the particle size of clay, coal ash or shale, etc less more than 3 mm.

Technical Feature:

The major components of this grinding roller are roll wheels, supporting bearings of roll wheels, hold-down, adjusting and driving device and so on. With low operating cost, this machine is easy to operate and maintain, and change the particle size of discharging materials stably.
