Camda biogas Pre-treatment System includes Camda desulfurizer and Camda QC-03 Biogas Pre-treatment System.
Camda desulfurizer is completely R& D by Camda and is being produced under National Standard. The corresponding design is very suitable for those small and medium-size animal farms, kitchen waste treatment plant, etc. The main features are as follows:
1. Biogas genset matched: 20kw-500kw.
2. Biogas flow rate: 5M3~150M3/Hour.
3. Main function: Remove Hydrogen Sulphide, Water vapor and Particle.
4. Technology parameter: H2S& le; 250PPM; Relative Humidity& le; 80%; Particle size& le; 50& mu; M; Particle content& le; 30mg/Nm3.
5. Life time of desulfurizer: 3000 hours(depending on actual case).

Camda QC-03 Biogas Pre-treatment system is researched and developed according to the characteristics of marsh gas in our country and with reference to the design data of international gas-disposing system and the experience from the actual projects in our country. This system is suitable for all kinds of gas pretreatment equipment in the marsh gas electricity generation projects.
1. According to the customer' s requirement, we could tailor the design of this system as detachable system and undetachable system.
2. Frequency inverter unit control can strengthen the stability and flexibility when the system is operating.
3. The system has full automatic controls and automatic/manual transformation, and the generator set control the system' s automatic style, operation and gas consumption.
